Is HTC Wildfire E2 in Sale before Launch??

HTC Wildfire E2 has been put up for sale even before its official launch. HTC might be pulling up its socks to get its smartphone business back on track. This smartphone has been spotted on Google Play console. The smartphone has been introduced in Russia. However, the company has not made any disclosure about the launch and availability of HTC Wildfire E2 in the global market.

Specification and Feature


HTC Wildfire E2 upfront, the smartphone packs a 6.21-inch display which is an IPS LCD panel. The display delivers an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels, an aspect ratio of 19:5:9, and a pixel density of 271 PPI. The smartphone is made of polycarbonate body, Wildfire E2 weighs 173.5 grams and size 154 x 75.9 x 8.59mm. The smartphone is powered a 4,000 mAh battery.

Software and Storage

The HTC Wildfire E2 runs on the entry-level octa-core MediaTek MT6762D processor which is otherwise known as the MediaTek Helio P22 processor. The smartphone is announced with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage configuration. This smartphone of the entry-level segment has been made available on Android 10 OS. It also supports up to 128GB additional storage via microSD card.


The HTC Wildfire E2 features a waterdrop notch which is equipped with an 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The vertical dual-lens setup at the rear has a 16MP primary sensor which has an f/2.2 aperture. The phone is paired up with a 2MP sensor for depth effects.


HTC Wildfire E2 coming to the connectivity aspects, the device will offer a USB Type-C port, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack. The rear panel has a fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.


According to the information given on the Russian website, the price of HTC Wildfire E2 is RUB 8,760 i.e. around 8,900 rupees. At the same, it has been introduced in the same storage variant. It has 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory. In the domestic market, Russia, this smartphone will be available in Black and Blue color variants. As of now, HTC has not announced when this device will go official in India and the remaining markets.
